The Vision

The third way is a bi-partisan immigration reform model designed to allow our 8 million working undocumented immigrants and the 15-20 million American employers who hire them illegally, to become legally and fiscally responsible as each pay 5 percent of immigrant wages earned. This will generate $210 billion and create 1.7 million jobs and fund the Vision.

Revenue from the simple taxes levied on undocumented workers and their employers will be directed to each state by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Click on any subtitle below the chart to view individual allocated funds in full detail.

The Numbers

Defining a small tax for undocumented immigrants to contribute will immediately eliminate the $5 billion in ITIN fraud. This will replace the nearly 19 percent nanny tax associated with domestic workers and eliminate the billions in potential fraud with less bureaucracy—a tax savings.
